Rob Green has over twenty years experience in Staffing and Business Development. He lead Caliper Staffing as Vice President which resulted in the business becoming the number one Staffing Agency in the State of Virginia before it was sold. Rob also worked as a Business Development Consultant for NSC Technologies, the Largest Shipyard Staffing Agency in Virginia before taking on United Defense Contracting. Rob loves building and working on Boats and currently holds his 100 gross ton Captains license.

Channing is a Graduate of Old Dominion University majoring in Criminal Justice and Business Administration. She is a former Forensic Specialist for the Virginia Beach Police Department. She currently overseas all Administrative functions of United Defense Contracting.

Clarence is a twenty year Veteran of the United States Coast Guard. While in the Coast Guard, he specialized in Drug Enforcement, Search and Rescue, Recruiting and Training. After retirement in 1996 he Started a Marketing and Public Relations Agency which he sold in 2006. Afterwards, he decided to go into Security Consulting and Training. He’s consulted for and work with some of the largest Corporations in the State of Virginia, such as, the STIHL Corporation, GoldKey PHR and the Department of Homeland Security. Clarence currently serves on the Board of the Virginia Beach, Virginia, Minority Business Council and is a Corporate Trainer for the Honor Foundation.
